A project that was months in the works came to a successful conclusion in June 2026 with the delivery of Little Free Libraries to two parks in East County.
Club members built and donated the libraries, and books to get them started, to the County of San Diego Department of Parks and Recreation. Within a couple of weeks the libraries were in installed in Eucalyptus Park and Ildica Park in the Spring Valley area.
